Wake-Initiated Lucid Dreaming / OBE
Wake-Initiated
Lucid Dreaming / OBE
A grounded, experience-based approach to Wake-Initiated Lucid Dreaming (WILD), Out-of-Body Experiences, hypnagogic states, and conscious exploration.
Rather than waiting to become lucid after a dream has already begun, learn to develop continuity of awareness as the body falls asleep and the dream state emerges.
Best-Selling WILD & OBE Course
Maintain awareness as you move from waking consciousness toward sleep, and remain conscious as the dream environment begins to form around you
Recognise and navigate hypnagogic imagery, vibrations, non-physical and dream-body sensations, and other unusual experiences that can arise during the transition into sleep
Experience OBE and “astral projection” phenomena — learning how to move, travel, change locations, explore environments, and interact consciously within these experiences
Learn how legal neurochemical supplements and dream herbs can be incorporated into the practice, with detailed guidance on timing, combinations, and protocols based on available scientific evidence and my personal experience

After watching Peter’s material, I started remembering my dreams every night. I explored many resources on lucid dreaming and astral projection before, but this was the clearest and most useful for me.

On my first try I almost reached the OBE state, but I think the vibrating phase is already an experience in itself!

It is one of the best courses in astral projection. As usual, Peter did it in a simple easy understandable and attractive way. I enjoyed each part of it and keep watching it multiple times...thanks peter for such a wonderful course.

Very easy to understand and the exercises are not complicated. I liked all the different alternatives to accomplish an OBE. I sincerely recommend this course. You will enjoy it. A++++++!

Through extensive experimentation, I learned to recognise the subtle changes that occur as waking awareness gives way to sleep — and to develop ways of remaining conscious through that transition.
W.I.L.D. is the practice of maintaining continuity of awareness as the body falls asleep and the dream state or non-physical perception emerges.
As ordinary sensory perception begins to fade, you may encounter hypnagogic imagery and sounds, vibrations, changes in bodily awareness, non-physical and dream-body sensations, shifts in the experience of space and identity, and other unusual transitional phenomena. With practice, it is possible to remain aware as the dream or non-physical environment forms around you and enter the experience consciously.
For some practitioners, these transitions can also lead to experiences described as Out-of-Body Experiences (OBEs) or “astral projection.”
Different traditions interpret these experiences in different ways. They may be understood psychologically, as phenomena of sleep and dreaming, explored through spiritual or contemplative frameworks, or approached simply as experiences whose nature remains open to investigation.
You don’t have to decide what an experience means before you experience it.
The course therefore places equal emphasis on direct experience and grounded observation. You will learn how to work with unusual sensations without immediately resisting them or becoming overwhelmed by excitement or fear, and how to develop stability and clarity when experiences become particularly vivid or unfamiliar.
This includes working with intense vibrations, changes in body perception, hypnagogic phenomena, and other challenging aspects of the transition into sleep.
Meditation provides another dimension to this practice. Deep relaxation, sustained attention, and the ability to remain present without following every thought can become powerful foundations for conscious sleep transitions.
The course also explores deeper contemplative approaches, including Tibetan Dream Yoga and Original Yoga Nidra, and practices associated with the thought-free state and clear-light mind.
At this level, WILD becomes part of a much larger question: what happens to awareness when our ordinary experience of the body, environment, and sense of self begins to change?
This opens a broader exploration of consciousness and non-ordinary states of experience — including their mechanisms, recurring patterns, experiential principles, and the different frameworks people have developed for understanding them.
The aim throughout is not to impose a particular worldview, but to give you the knowledge, practical methods, and awareness needed to explore these states for yourself.
Some people will approach this simply as advanced lucid-dreaming practice. Others may be drawn toward meditation, Dream Yoga, OBE or “astral projection” experiences, or deeper questions about consciousness.
There is room for all of these approaches.
You don’t need previous experience with WILD or OBEs.
The course takes you progressively from the foundations toward more advanced practices and experiences.
For most people, WILD practices can be approached safely when practised gradually, with adequate rest, emotional balance, and realistic expectations.
Some experiences associated with WILD — such as vivid hypnagogic imagery, vibrations, or sleep paralysis — can feel intense at first. The course emphasises grounding, gradual progression, and maintaining healthy sleep rather than forcing experiences.
There is no fixed timeframe.
Some people experience conscious transitions relatively quickly, while others need weeks or longer to develop the necessary relaxation, awareness, and consistency.
The aim is not simply to produce a single unusual experience, but to develop a sustainable practice.
The practices are designed to work with healthy sleep rather than against it.
Some approaches involve becoming more aware during transitions between waking and sleeping, which can occasionally increase alertness while learning. The course therefore emphasises relaxation, balance, and adequate rest rather than sleep deprivation or extreme methods.
These experiences do not occur for most people during transitions between waking and sleep and are discussed in the course.
One of the most useful skills is learning to remain calm and oriented rather than reacting with fear or excessive excitement.
No.
The course introduces OBE and astral-projection perspectives because they are part of the history and experience of this field, but you are not required to adopt a particular explanation.
You can approach these experiences psychologically, spiritually, symbolically, or simply through direct observation.
