Even though being a psychiatrist and psychotherapist I learned new, enlightening ideas, and some useful practice for working with my clients and on my own challenges. The course is in sync with my efforts to help people learn how to have a better connection with themselves and with others. Definitely recommended!

It is difficult to put into words what I think about it. For me, the material was very positive. I`d like to begin with your voice...it put me in such a calm state, in which I managed to shut out all outside noise. I found the things you have said very interesting and I feel that I must listen to it again. Thank you very much for sharing it with me.

Why This Program Exists

Most of us want to understand why people think, feel, and behave the way they do — including ourselves.

Much of what shapes our thoughts, emotions, and behaviour operates beneath conscious awareness: habits, beliefs, emotional conditioning, cognitive patterns, defense mechanisms, and our sense of identity.

We may wonder why we procrastinate, overthink, react emotionally, avoid difficult situations, struggle in relationships, or repeat the same patterns — even when we genuinely want to respond differently.

Understanding these patterns can also help us better understand the people around us — why they think, feel, and behave the way they do, and why we can fall into the same patterns in our relationships.

The same awareness that helps us understand ourselves can also change the way we relate to others.

The first step is developing the ability to observe what is happening within you while it is happening. This kind of meta-awareness creates a space between what you experience and how you respond.

Instead of being completely absorbed in a thought, emotion, or impulse, you can begin to step back and see it more clearly — understanding what is driving it without automatically acting from it.

You can feel an emotion without being controlled by it. You can recognise an impulse without having to follow it. You can notice a familiar pattern and rise above it enough to choose a different response.

This does not mean suppressing or avoiding difficult thoughts and emotions. It means developing the awareness and freedom to experience them while retaining the ability to respond consciously.

Over time, this becomes an embodied recognition of how your inner world actually functions — and a deeper understanding of how human beings function more generally.

And from that awareness, meaningful change becomes possible.
